To combat the highly abrasive properties of laminate, bamboo, hard decking timber flooring (that immediately dulls the cutting edge of standard blades), each tooth is tipped with Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and spark eroded to create a triple chip tooth Geometry (TCG) resulting in a dramatically improved cutting edge. Our PCD blades feature a thin kerf design that requires less cutting power, making them ideal even for underpowered saws at the worksite. Also featuring a non stick coating which reduces gumming, friction and the destructive effects of heat build up. Anti kickback design feature reinforces the tooth and prevents over feeding of material during cuts.
